I had purchased a very inexpensive secretary desk from an online classified ad and decided to contact Top Notch Furniture Services to have it refinished to match my home décor. Justin came by to take a look at the piece and asked what I had in mind. I showed him some ideas out of a magazine I liked. Justin had pointed out to me that this piece was made from such beautiful wood and was really well-built compared to pieces nowadays, and suggested some ideas to really pop out that grain in the wood. Justin sounded very confident in what he was doing and I liked his ideas. I asked him to go ahead with whatever artistic inspiration he came up with as he was working with the piece, while keeping in mind the style and colors I was looking for. I was totally shocked, and very happy, to see that he had taken the one piece and turned it into two by separating the desk and the hutch. Chicken wire replaced the glass to match the other pieces in my home. This desk now sits in my entryway and everyone comments about how beautiful it is. I am always on the lookout now for another piece for Justin to do. I recommend him enthusiastically to everyone I meet.

My family and I moved into our home three years ago and we planned from day one to have the four pillars, which were painted white, painted in a faux marble.  We had talked with several individuals about doing this for us, but nobody ever called us back to give us a bid on the project. 

One night at a friend’s annual luau we met Justin, the owner of Top Notch Furniture Services; we told him of our dilemma and asked if he would be willing to come over and tell us what he thought.  Justin gave us his business card and within a few days of contacting him he came over as promised.  Once he accepted the job and scheduled a day and time for him to start, everything went very smoothly.  He arrived on time, I remember because our clock chimed as the doorbell rang.  Justin was very polite and  revealed to us his strong work ethic.  The job was completed and our home was then put back together as he found it.  All I can say about the end result of the work is, WOW, I was absolutely blown away with the realistic look of the faux marbling he painted.  Our home was built in 1991 and with these pillars complete it looks like a newer home.  Even my mother-in-law was impressed with the detail in the paint.  I would definitely tell my friends and anyone else looking for this kind of work about Justin at Top Notch Furniture Services.
